Water Jobs – In the Pool

Teach children and adults how to swim using our proven proprietary curriculum. Swim Instructors must maintain current CPR/First Aid certification and complete our mandatory Teacher Training before leading classes. Ongoing monthly professional development/In-Service Trainings to support your growth and ensure high-quality lessons.

Keep swimmers safe by actively monitoring the pool and responding quickly to emergencies. Lifeguards must maintain current CPR/First Aid certification throughout employment. Join our team and gain valuable skills while supporting a fun, safe environment for all swimmers.

Be the friendly face of our swim school! Greet families, answer questions, check families in and help make every swim lesson experience is smooth and welcoming. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus for helping us serve our diverse community.

Serves as the communication bridge between families and instructors while helping maintain organized systems in our workspace. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) team members are strongly encouraged to apply to better support our diverse community.
